GROUP
FITNESS
I
f the stresses of daily life
have you feeling like you've
lost your inner balance, then
Los Cab has a special yoga
class that can help you get
back on track.
The class is offered in the
yoga studio every Tuesday at
9 a.m. and it is designed to
promote stress and pain relief,
as well as anxiety management
through a set sequences of
stretching and strengthening
poses with deep breathing.
The 75-minute class is
taught by Linda, and modifica-
tions are offered and encour-
aged so all participants can
practice safely, while enhanc-
ing their flexibility, range of
motion, strength and balance.
Members should look for
the complete fall class sched-
ule to be released in the com-
ing weeks as Fitness Director
Marianne Grossman is putting
the finishing touches on it.
