A SEA OF ADVENTURE FOR THE KIDS
I
f your kids love exploring the ocean and all its won-
ders, the next Kids' Night Out at Los Cab may be
right up their alley. Scheduled for August 9 from 6-9:30
p.m., the theme of the upcoming event is "Under the
Sea." As with each of the monthly events, kids will enjoy
a pizza dinner, make-your-own sundaes and activities
such as karaoke, freeze dance and hot potato. The nau-
tical theme will reveal itself with the "fish in a bag of
slime" crafts and the movie – either "Finding Nemo"
or "Finding Dory."

HEALTHY OPTIONS FOR GROUP FITNESS
W
hile summer is often a time when Los Cab's group
fitness classes can experience a dip in attendance
because members are taking vacations, there are still
plenty of workout warriors visiting the club every day.
Fitness Director Marianne Grossman said aquatics
classes are especially popular at this time due to the
warmer temperatures, and the club's Pilates program
continues to grow. Mat classes are filling up quickly, and
interest in the new Pilates reformer classes has picked
up significantly.
