WEDNESDAY, MARCH 20 Men's Guest Day This sold-out event offers members the opportunity to show off the club to their guests and to com- pete in a partners best- ball format. THURSDAY, MARCH 21 Cooking Class Chef Bruno Massuger will share his culinary expert- ise in a sold-out interac- tive cooking class, the first of its kind at ENCC. Addi- tional classes are slated for June 20, September 19 and November 21. .......................................... THURSDAY, MARCH 21 WGA Guest Day Join the fun for the WGA's "Flamingo Fling" guest day. The event fea- tures a 7 a.m. breakfast and an 8:15 a.m. shotgun start. Participants can sign up as foursomes no later than Saturday, March 16. The entry fee is $60 per person and up to three guests are allowed per member. FRIDAY, MARCH 29 Trivia Night Test your knowledge of fun and unique facts at this special event that will feature a three-course dinner from Chef Bruno Massuger as well as a round of trivia between each serving. The festivi- ties begin at 6 p.m. with a practice trivia round, where members and guests can form their teams and compete for prizes. Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. and will consist of a classic Caesar salad followed by flat-iron steak, shrimp, roasted potatoes and sea- sonal spring vegetables as well as a tiramisu. The event is $30 per person. .......................................... SUNDAY, APRIL 7 Pasta Night ENCC's celebration of Italian food returns from 5-8 p.m. with a variety of fresh pastas and sauces, proteins and vegetable options. Assorted desserts and salads also will be available. Adults are $19 and children 12 and under are $11. Guests are welcome. .......................................... FRIDAY & SATURDAY, APRIL 12-13 Men's Spring Classic This second annual event is expected to sell out quickly and features two- man teams competing over two days in four dif- ferent formats – scramble, shamble, better ball and partner aggregate. Both days begin with 8:30 a.m. shotgun starts. .......................................... SATURDAY, APRIL 20 Spring Carnival Come out for a fun family affair that includes activi- ties to celebrate spring. Carnival games, a petting zoo, train rides, face painting, goody bags and photos with the Easter bunny will take place from 10-11:30 a.m., while Easter egg hunts will occur from 11-11:30 a.m. At noon, a kid-friendly buffet will be served and at 12:45 p.m. an Extrava- ganza Show will delight and entertain.
