I
f you want to do one thing for your golf
game this month, try stretching. We have
an awesome piece of equipment at the
Tee House Gym called the True Stretch that
is available to members. In this video, I pro-
vide you with five great stretches that you
can incorporate into your routine and that
will do wonders for your game. Remember,
for anything to work in life you have to be
consistent, and stretching is no different.
These exercises will help you improve your
flexibility and will impact all parts of your
body, including your hips, quads, ham-
strings, lats and more.
