MAY 2018 ❘ LOS CAB LIFE ❘ 3 GROUP FITNESS ........................ TWO CLASSES ADDED IN MAY A pair of classes will join the group fitness offerings at Los Cab in May, giving members more op- portunities to get in their favorite workout or to try something new. For starters, a new Core/ Kickbox Express class will be held every Monday at 7:30 p.m. The 30-45 minute sessions will consist of ab- dominal core work for the first half, followed by kick- boxing movements to raise the heart rate and further challenge both core mus- cles and agility. In addition, the popular TRX class is getting an extra day and time on Wednesdays at 10 a.m. TRX uses a suspension trainer as the tool to leverage gravity and the user's body weight to perform exercises. "Fitness needs and schedules are always chang- ing, so it's important to offer new classes at differ- ent times," said Fitness Di- rector Marianne Grossman. ............................................. > VISIT loscab.com/ group-fitness.
