BIG MOVES ■ CENTRE COURT CAFE SET TO EXPAND T he Centre Court Cafe has long been a great place for Los Cab Sports Village members to stop in for a pre- or post- workout smoothie and for parents to enjoy a casual lunch or dinner while their kids are involved in various activities at the club. Soon the cafe will have more to offer as plans are under way to expand the dining area to the outside patio and open a walk-up win- dow outdoors as well. "We're excited to grow beyond the dining area that we have now," said Scott Hess, who has owned and operated the Centre Court Cafe for about eight years. The cafe offers plenty of healthy food and drink options like salads, sandwiches and smoothies, and everything is fresh and made to order. For families on a tight schedule, there are also grab-and-go offerings. "We've got a few other ideas that we may pursue in the near future, such as wine tast- ings and things like that," Hess said, adding that the facility can be reserved for small group events and get-togethers.
