Your attendance and support of the summit are deeply appreciated as it helps us execute our mission of economic devel- opment in North County: marketing our region, working to retain companies, and strengthening the con- nections between employers and educators to build a more com- petitive workforce. Part of that effort is our first-ever North County Indicators proj- ect, which highlights where the region has competitive advantages and where we, as a region, have room for improvement. Another is our effort to further enhance collaboration and coop- eration, from restructuring our board, to partnering with local chambers, to working even more closely with North County's in- stitutions of higher education. As stakeholders, the SDNEDC is ultimately YOUR economic development organization, and your support at events like this helps us build, together, a stronger, more economically dynamic San Diego North County.
