A
decade ago, talk of a San Diego "beer industry"
was gaining traction, but this fall, as the second
Craft Brew Summit approaches on Oct. 25, there's
a lot more to talk about.
By all accounts, 2018 will find a craft brewing industry
in San Diego that is maturing, changing, and, in many
ways, still growing.
"This is not an industry that's going away," said Mike
Cully, CEO of the San Diego North Economic Development
Council, which is hosting the summit. "There's a ton of
interest, people are continuing to get into it, and we're going
to have all the numbers."
