INSIDE CERTIFIED
GOOD TIDINGS!
Winter is a wonderful time to enjoy your travels
S
ure, summer is a great time of year to take a vacation.
There are a million things you can do, from outdoor activi-
ties and entertainment opportunities to amusement parks
and shopping centers. But winter can be a wonderful time to
travel, too, as you'll see in our cover story this month
on Mammoth Lakes, a destination tucked into the
eastern Sierras of California.
Although it is a year-round vacation spot,
Mammoth Lakes offers travelers fun in the
sun and snow this time of year. Visitors can
partake in numerous activities such as skiing,
snowboarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing,
and some of the other traditional activities of
summer, such as biking, fishing and shopping. It's
a place that will make you want to leave the warmth of
your home for a chance at some high-altitude family fun.
Of course there's one vacationing activity that is always in
season and that is shopping. And in this issue we highlight one
of the premier retail destinations on the map – the Outlets at
Anthem in Phoenix, Arizona. Not only can you find 60 designer
shops in which to peruse, but you can also lay your eyes on the
largest Christmas tree in the state. It's a sight to see and the
place to be for any seasoned shopper.
I hope you enjoy this issue of Certified Insider and we wish
you and your families a healthy and happy holiday!
