t started in the 1920s when Walter and
Cordelia knott sold a new kind of berry
and cooked roadside chicken dinners. That
led to Independence Hall, the Log Ride and
Fiesta Village as shown in the 1972 knott's
Berry Farm brochure at right. Today, Camp
Snoopy is one of the park's main attractions.

rom sleepy beach town to vibrant
metropolis, the City of Angels has
come a long way since the 1932
brochure at left was first published. That
year, the city was preparing to host its first
Summer olympics. Today, the city boasts
great shopping, fine dining, top entertain-
ment – and will vie for the 2024 olympics.
