Equity
We invite you to join us in becoming one of our 485 Equity Members and part-owners
here at El Niguel. Our exclusive Equity Memberships are available to qualified individuals
over the age of 21 and include access to our beautiful golfing facilities as well as opportunities
for dining and entertainment in the Clubhouse. Full privileges are extended to the primary
individual, spouse/significant other, and dependents up to the age of 26. Membership fees
consist of the initial purchase price, monthly dues, and the annual spending minimum.
Junior Associate
El Niguel is proud to offer 25 coveted Jr. Associate Memberships for individuals under the
age of 40. Jr. Members have full Equity Membership privileges aside from the right to cast a
vote in Club elections. Fees are determined by three age brackets and consist of the initial fee,
annual deposits, monthly dues, and the annual spending minimum. The initial fee and annual
deposits are applied toward the future purchase of an Equity Membership.
Social
Social Membership offers the perfect opportunity for individuals to partake in our casually
refined Club lifestyle along with the rest of our exclusive Member community. Social
Membership pairs the best of El Niguel's social scene with a taste of our renowned golf
culture by extending privileges to golf once quarterly as a social guest.
