4 ❘ THE DIVOT ❘ AUGUST 2019 ● GENERAL MANAGER'S REPORT A s many of you know, we launched our customized El Niguel app last month and it has been met with over- whelmingly positive feedback from the members. Now that we've been live for 30 days, I thought it would be a good time to share some infor- mation about how you've been using it and some addi- tional features that you might like. To date, 333 members have downloaded the app. That's about 29% of our membership and a fantastic showing for the first 30 days. Those 333 people have launched the app 4,109 times this month. So far the top five features are: 1) Book a Tee Time 2) Upcoming Events 3) Member Directory 4) Club Calendar 5) My Statement Another important option available is the Compli- ments & Comments feature. This can be found under the My Club section and enables you to send in a mes- sage AND include a picture about anything you experi- ence or see around the Club. These messages come directly to me and have already been very useful. Photos are always helpful so if you see something that needs to be addressed just snap a photo and submit the comment and we'll take care of it right away. To-Go Ordering has also been helpful for those of you who have taken advantage of the feature so far. You can order ahead of time for the Tee House to help reduce or eliminate your waiting time when you make the turn. As I've said before, one of the great things about hav- ing the app customized for us is that we'll also be able to continue adding few features over time as we identify opportunities to deliver more for you. Several members have brought questions to us or offered up suggestions as they've been using it so far. We welcome this feed- back as this app is organic and we will continue to up- date it and add features along the way.
