"It's a great way to make the local community aware of Los Cab and all the wonderful things we have to offer," said Fitness Director Mari- anne Grossman. "It's also a way to encourage our current members to try a new class, or to bring a friend along to experience the club." Grossman and fellow trainer Peggy Pocher are organizing the event and plan to showcase Aqua, TRX, Pilates, Yoga and much more. Attendees will be given a map of the club that shows the locations of each studio, pool and locker room, with a full schedule of classes on the other side. It's the first time in sev- eral years that the club has held an event like this, and the timing per- fectly coincides with the renewed focus on fitness that many people as- pire to at the beginning of the year. "Of course January is always the best time to get people interested in their personal fitness," Grossman said. "It's a good time to try some- thing new in 2019." The event will showcase the club's many fitness options.
